CUSTOM PIECES I want you to absolutely love your new treasure! If for any reason you’re not happy with your custom piece, please reach out to me as soon as possible info@andreawaines.com. I truly want to be fair and will always do my best to work with you to find the best solution.

NON-CUSTOM PIECES If you’d like to return or exchange a non-personalized item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, preferably in the original box or secure packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return is received, if approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days (excluding shipping costs).

The Beauty of Small-Batch Production

Mass production may be fast, but it’s never personal—and that’s where AWJ is different. Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted in small, thoughtful batches using high-quality sterling silver, allowing me to focus on exceptional craftsmanship, consistency, and detail. This slower, more intentional process means every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves the studio to ensure it meets my quality standards.

Please allow up to one week for production—though I’m often able to complete orders sooner!

If a piece is ever mis-stamped or doesn’t feel quite right, it never goes to waste. Instead, it’s added to what I lovingly call the “recycle bin,” where the sterling silver is melted down and transformed into something new.
